Processing Time
Since each item is made-to-order, there is a processing time of 1-2 weeks before your order ships. This allows us to ensure your items are crafted with care.
Processing Time for Larger Orders
For orders with a larger quantity of items, the processing time may be extended slightly. We will notify you via email if your order requires additional processing time beyond the standard 2 weeks.
Shipping Method
We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments. Priority Mail typically delivers within 2-3 business days domestically once shipped. The good news is, USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance for your package!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the USPS website https://tools.usps.com/.
Free Shipping
We're happy to offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more! This is a great way to save on your purchase.

International Shipping

Disclaimer of Liability
We take pride in safely packaging your order for shipment. However, once your package is shipped with USPS Priority Mail, all liability for loss or damage is transferred to USPS. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance. For orders exceeding $100, or if you require additional coverage, we recommend contacting us to discuss options before placing your order.
