Is there a minimum order?
We don't require minimum orders. Start with one, and scale up when you're ready
Are Bulk Discounts Available?
We offer bulk discounts at hat quantities of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100+
5 - $2 off per hat
10- $4 off per hat
25- $6 off per hat
50- $8 off per hat
100- $10 off per hat
Discounts are automatically applied in checkout based on total number of hats in the cart (You can mix & match hat styles/colors and designs)
When will I get my order?
We will work to process your order as quickly as possible. Our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks or less. Larger bulk orders may take longer, depending on order queue
What is the return policy?
Our goal is to create custom branded apparel that you are 100% satisfied with. If this is not the case, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a resolution
