Return Policy

Thank you for your business! We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items from our online store.

Return Window

You may return new, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your returned items require shipping, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Local customers can drop off their returned item without any additional fees. We are unable to accept returns after 30 days.

Exceptions

  • Custom made Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products. These include custom design patches, hats, shirts or other engraved products that are made from your own uploaded designs, business logos, monograms, etc. 
  • Defective Items: If your product is defective or has imperfections due to our production process, we will accept returns for those items. Southern Crown, LLC has the right to accept or reject any returned items, based on what we deem to be defects related to process/production.  
  • Apparel damaged by not following Use & Care recommendations: It is recommended to wash all Southern Crown printed apparel inside-out, in cold water with mild detergent, free of harsh chemicals. Tumble dry low heat to avoid damage to adhesive on garment transfers. Damages to apparel due to failure of following these recommendations will result in your return being rejected.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags (if applicable)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at southerncrowncustoms@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. We will reach out to you with further instructions based on whether your return is eligible for a paid shipping label or if you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping charges for the original order will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
